What you will do

• Manage a team of around 10 developers including planning, project management, career development, and hiring
• Architect medium and large backend features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project goals
• Analyze, design, and evaluate technical requirements with the team
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code mainly in Go
• Review code to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• On-site presence in Nicosia required
• 3+ years experience in scalable and reliable backend development
• Proficiency in Go, Ruby, Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin
• Knowledge of databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
