Salary: €27,000/year gross plus quarterly performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Search candidates for tech and non-tech roles including executive positions using various sources like LinkedIn and job boards
• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback
• Maintain and organize the candidate database (Greenhouse) ensuring hiring teams follow guidelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant recruitment experience at agency or in-house
• Relevant research experience is an advantage
• Good command of English
• Self-discipline
