Salary: $316,000 - $381,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead engineering organization and define roadmap and technical strategy for product platform infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build infrastructure supporting realtime collaboration experiences
• Build and scale a healthy, inclusive, and growth-oriented engineering organization
• Drive cross-team accountability and positive work environment in partnership with leadership
• Support broader infrastructure and engineering initiatives beyond product platform

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 5+ years engineering leadership experience including managing managers
• 8+ years software engineering experience with proven track record in distributed systems
• Strong leadership skills in mentoring and motivating senior engineers and managers
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholder groups
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posted in English)

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure for LLMs and generative AI
• Hands-on with developer-facing query systems and GraphQL
• Frontend experience with Redux, Atoms, Webpack, Tailwind
