What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable, high-throughput, low-latency microservices for diverse trading use cases.
• Engage in full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Drive architectural roadmap and optimize manual inefficiencies in trading systems.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and business teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions with a security-first approach.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience with 2+ years in Ops or DevOps in trading environments.
• Expertise in large-scale distributed systems and recent experience with Java, Go, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline skills and security-first mentality.
• Background in front-office trading systems, preferably FX or crypto trading.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
