What you will do

• Ensure the ongoing reliability and robustness of hirify.global’s production infrastructure.
• Drive reliability into the product roadmap by evolving existing systems and processes.
• Partner with engineering, support, and sales to prioritize and resolve critical bugs and incidents.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements to ensure optimal availability and performance.
• Automate scalable artifact deployments across all environments.
• Monitor and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities in collaboration with the security team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting and the Go programming language.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of cloud networking.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience working with SaaS products at scale.
• Experience with databases, especially PostgreSQL.
