TL;DR
2D/3D Concept Artist (Mobile Games): Creating and developing concept art for mobile, console, and PC game projects with an accent on composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, environment, and architecture. Focus on communicating the visual vision to artists, shaping product identity with designers, and supporting the creation of production assets.
Location: Riga, Latvia; full-time office position
Salary: €1,500–€2,500 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do
- Create, develop, and conceptualize art for a variety of game projects.
- Work with designers to develop the game vision and guide the product’s visual identity before and after release.
- Communicate the artistic vision to other artists.
- Assist with the creation of production assets.
Requirements
- Strong 2D art skills and a solid understanding of composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, environments, and architecture.
- Experience with 3D art and animation principles.
- Knowledge of mobile, console, and PC games.
- Good command of Latvian and English for documentation, tools, and communication with team members and external partners.

- Experience with mobile game titles and a portfolio of mobile projects.
