What you will do
- Serve as the chief architect for the global connector group.
- Lead initiatives to optimize SaaS connectors for performance.
- Drive engineering excellence through architecture design and reviews.
- Collaborate with the Office of the CTO and other principal engineers.
- Enhance engineering systems and documentation.
- Coach and mentor senior engineers.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level software products.
- Extensive experience as an architect or principal engineer.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
- Proficient in cloud architectures and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases.
