TL;DR
Senior Unity Developer (Unity): Creating the core experience and minimum viable gameplay for a new mobile game with an accent on game feel, camera systems, controls, mechanics, and physics. Focus on implementing artistic vision with animations and effects, making strong architectural and algorithmic decisions, and iterating on gameplay systems.
Location: Riga, Latvia; full-time onsite position, 09:00–18:00
Salary: €2,000–€4,000 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do
- Create and iterate on game cameras, controls, mechanics, and gameplay logic.
- Develop the core experience and minimum viable gameplay for a new mobile game.
- Collaborate with game designers and artists to implement the artistic vision, including animations and effects.
- Make sound architectural and algorithmic decisions.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Unity, including game physics.
- Knowledge of mobile, console, and PC games.
- Portfolio of released mobile titles.
- Strong game developer mindset, with a focus on gameplay and programming.
- Good command of Latvian and English is required for documentation, tool use, and communication with team members and external partners.

- Experience with 3D asset creation and animation.
