What you will do
- Drive growth with strategic fintech customers by owning and expanding partnerships, negotiating renewals, and identifying new revenue streams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to fintech executives by understanding their business, anticipating needs, and guiding market expansion.
- Operate in a high-growth environment by designing and refining scalable processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Marketing, Support, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Balance commercial acumen with customer success by managing revenue targets and focusing on adoption and retention.
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise B2B2C accounts with large, complex customers serving millions of end users.
- Fintech expertise with knowledge of regulatory complexity and innovation pace.
- Commercial ownership including revenue targets, contract negotiation, and growth metrics.
- High-growth, product-led mindset with agility and creativity.
- Customer-first orientation focused on impact and value realization.
- Strong emotional intelligence and influence to build trust with C-level stakeholders.
