What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the team’s work, distribute tasks, estimate timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain process transparency by providing clear goals and development status updates to stakeholders
• Support and improve development processes, pipelines, documentation, and meetings
• Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and participate in team composition changes
• Ensure adherence to engineering practices, quality requirements, and project standards

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead
• Extensive experience as a Frontend or Backend Developer (TypeScript, PHP) or QA Engineer
• Strong skills in software architecture design and process implementation
• Ability to organize development transparency and timely delivery
• Strong communication, motivation, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Location: Must be able to work remotely or from offices in Cyprus, Armenia, or Kazakhstan
