What you will do

• Develop and optimize automation and test frameworks for hirify.global products using Python and Golang.
• Drive high quality assurance for distributed database and cloud infrastructure software.
• Test server performance, APIs, databases, file systems, operating systems, network, and storage components.
• Set up and configure test environments including Kubernetes clusters on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Analyze network traces and optimize testing under heavy load and stressful conditions.
• Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams to scale testing capabilities significantly.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bangalore, India
• 4-7 years experience in software quality assurance with at least 2 years testing Kubernetes/cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Java, or Golang coding for test automation.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or relational/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to work in fast-paced teams.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters on cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD.
