Game Designer (Mobile Games): Creating and implementing game experiences from initial ideas through gameplay progression, feature balancing, and post-launch data analysis with an accent on hyper-casual game design, free-to-play mechanics, and Unity implementation. Focus on defining game and feature visions, translating player and team ideas into concepts, fine-tuning gameplay, and turning performance indicators into actionable insights.
Location: Riga, Latvia; full-time office position from 09:00 to 18:00
Salary: €1,600–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Create and document the vision for the overall game and individual features.
- Communicate desired outcomes to the development team.
- Implement, tweak, and fine-tune gameplay features in Unity.
- Design gameplay progression and balance.
- Analyze key performance indicators and turn findings into actionable insights.
- Collect ideas from players and the team and convert them into strong concepts.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the hyper-casual game market, its audience, and the free-to-play business model.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good command of Latvian and English for documentation, tool use, and communication with team members and external partners.

- Experience with the Unity engine.
