What you will do
- Create and describe the vision for overall game and specific features
- Communicate desired outcomes to the development team
- Tweak and fine-tune features in Unity
- Analyze key performance indicators and turn them into actionable insights
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Riga, Latvia for on-site work
- Strong knowledge of hyper-casual game market and free-to-play business model
- Great analytical and logical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Unity engine is a plus
- Portfolio of released mobile games is a plus
- Knowledge of Latvian and English
