What you will do
- Develop engaging and high-performing playable ads using Cocos Creator and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Implement game mechanics and interactive features tailored for playable ad formats
- Optimize assets, animations, and code to ensure smooth performance across devices
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain stability and quality
- Analyze playable ad performance and iterate based on insights
- Collaborate with creative teams and technical specialists to maintain clean code and standards
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in Riga, Latvia
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Cocos Creator
- Strong optimization and debugging skills for interactive ads
- Experience analyzing performance data and iterating accordingly
- Familiarity with Git workflows and clean code standards
- Up-to-date with trends and best practices in playable ad and game development
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity or other game engines
- Knowledge of animation systems and particle effects
- Understanding of performance metrics and analytics
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including designers and marketing
