What you will do

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and suites.
• Ensure automation coverage across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with developers, QAs, and DevOps to embed test automation in CI/CD pipelines.
• Review test strategies and mentor team members on automation best practices.
• Analyze test results and drive continuous improvements in QA processes.
• Own automation architecture decisions and influence overall quality strategy.

Requirements

• Must have solid JavaScript programming skills and experience with Playwright automation framework.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (BitBucket, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to design scalable test strategies for complex distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring and influencing teams.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance, security, or reliability testing.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Sentry, Kibana.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and testing strategies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Contribution to open-source testing tools or frameworks.
• Prior experience as tech lead or coaching QA and Automation teams.
