What you will do
- Translate sales strategies into repeatable, easy-to-adopt enablement programs.
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Operations, and Leaders to align programs with business priorities.
- Develop role-based enablement tailored to BDRs, Inside Sales, and Account Executives.
- Create and deliver engaging training content and resources with subject matter experts.
- Identify and build required sales skills aligned to business outcomes.
- Measure program success and iterate based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore
- 7-10 years experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or Sales Readiness roles.
- Experience designing and delivering sales enablement programs at scale.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with competency models and skills-based learning design.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
