What you will do

  • Translate sales strategies into repeatable, easy-to-adopt enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Operations, and Leaders to align programs with business priorities.
  • Develop role-based enablement tailored to BDRs, Inside Sales, and Account Executives.
  • Create and deliver engaging training content and resources with subject matter experts.
  • Identify and build required sales skills aligned to business outcomes.
  • Measure program success and iterate based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Singapore
  • 7-10 years experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or Sales Readiness roles.
  • Experience designing and delivering sales enablement programs at scale.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with competency models and skills-based learning design.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
