What you will do

  • Manage customer lifecycle post-contract, ensuring alignment with business needs and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and internal teams.
  • Lead retention efforts through demonstrating product value and conducting business reviews.
  • Analyze customer data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work in or near Amsterdam (hybrid setup)
  • English: Strong communication skills required; Dutch is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years experience in cloud security customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking, cloud security, and internet technologies.
  • Proven project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for customer engagement insights.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Gainsight platform.
  • Experience planning and executing business reviews.
