Senior Customer Success Manager

What you will do
- Manage customer lifecycle post-contract, ensuring alignment with business needs and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and internal teams.
- Lead retention efforts through demonstrating product value and conducting business reviews.
- Analyze customer data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to resolve customer issues.
- Manage inbound inquiries and improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in or near Amsterdam (hybrid setup)
- English: Strong communication skills required; Dutch is a plus
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years experience in cloud security customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer networking, cloud security, and internet technologies.
- Proven project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data for customer engagement insights.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Gainsight platform.
- Experience planning and executing business reviews.
