What you will do
- Build and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan for the Nordics market
- Drive new business and expand existing relationships to exceed revenue targets
- Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to technical and business stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle including complex contract negotiations
- Maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships and champion customer success
- Travel up to 25% within the region
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sweden or able to work remotely from Sweden
- Fluent in English; Swedish preferred
- 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably with Digital Native or Gaming companies
- Solid understanding of computer networking and Internet technologies
- Strong technical learning ability and consultative sales skills
- Self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel
