What you will do

  • Build and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan for the Nordics market
  • Drive new business and expand existing relationships to exceed revenue targets
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to technical and business stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle including complex contract negotiations
  • Maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships and champion customer success
  • Travel up to 25% within the region

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Sweden or able to work remotely from Sweden
  • Fluent in English; Swedish preferred
  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably with Digital Native or Gaming companies
  • Solid understanding of computer networking and Internet technologies
  • Strong technical learning ability and consultative sales skills
  • Self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel
