What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for ETF market making solutions in the U.S.
• Partner with trading and engineering to build and enhance algorithms, pricing engines, and data feeds.
• Lead delivery of a regulatory-compliant trading platform, ensuring full readiness across QA, risk, and operations.
• Embed controls and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align strategy, prioritize features, and report on KPIs and milestones.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in ETF trading, market making, or product management.
• Deep knowledge of ETF structures and execution efficiency.
• Strong technical fluency across trading systems, APIs, and market data.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Regulatory awareness (SEC, FINRA).
• Experience launching U.S. ETF trading systems.
