What you will do

• Design deterministic end-to-end test environments with reusable data, mocks, and fixtures
• Implement quality gates, smoke/canary tests, and rollback paths using GitHub Actions
• Drive test isolation, stability, and reliability across complex multi-service systems
• Run load/stress tests and chaos experiments to harden system performance and resilience
• Build synthetic monitoring checks and integrate automated diagnostics for incident readiness
• Provide templates and standards for feature teams to write effective tests

Requirements

• Remote-first within ±4 hours of UTC
• 5+ years experience in QA automation, SDET, or quality engineering for distributed systems or API platforms
• Strong experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Playwright, Testcontainers, and performance testing tools like k6 or Locust
• Proficient in TypeScript and comfortable with Rust for helpers or code review
• Experience testing complex multi-service, blockchain-based, or callback-heavy architectures
• Familiarity with observability practices and incident-driven improvements

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kong Gateway, OpenAPI/Pact, Foundry/Hardhat, chaos engineering, usage metering, or billing validation
