Salary: Up to £200,000

What you will do

• Develop and ship AI-powered features across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Design and maintain multi-agent frameworks and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement model fine-tuning and evaluation workflows for production environments.
• Collaborate directly with a founding team on building an AI-native enterprise platform.
• Optimize backend services and infrastructure for scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React and Next.js.
• Solid proficiency in backend development, preferably with Python.
• Experience with databases, Redis, and background workers.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience deploying AI products, including RAG and orchestration.
