What you will do

• Architect, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to support rapid product growth
• Prepare infrastructure for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits aligned with enterprise requirements
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and data services
• Lead observability efforts including logging, metrics, tracing, and on-call processes
• Monitor and optimize cloud spend while maintaining system performance
• Drive a culture of operational excellence across the engineering function

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid)
• 4–7 years experience in infrastructure, security, or DevOps roles in high-growth or high-load environments
• Proven experience owning infrastructure end-to-end from architecture to production support
• Strong technical skills with Azure, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and GitHub Actions
• Expertise in observability frameworks, networking, and cloud security best practices
• Familiarity with compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR

Nice to have

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and cloud storage solutions
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python or Bash
