What you will do
- Manage and grow the relationship with the UK consortium and its member agencies.
- Build adoption playbooks for large-scale onboarding.
- Lead QBRs and day-to-day engagement with operational contacts.
- Support technology integrations, working with internal product/tech resources as needed.
- Track performance metrics and flag issues or growth opportunities early.
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform future product and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise account management or strategic customer success in SaaS or travel technology environments.
- Commercial acumen: track record in revenue growth, deal structuring, and client expansion.
- Ability to drive onboarding, adoption, and commercial expansion with B2B clients.
- Familiarity with API-based platforms, integrations, and booking/agency system workflows.
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate multi-agency rollouts and program delivery.
