What you will do

• Build scalable backend services in Rust or C++ for order management, market data, and risk
• Optimize trading flows for performance, stability, and throughput
• Enhance OMS and market connectivity layers to support new venues and order types
• Contribute to architecture decisions, testing, benchmarking, and failure recovery
• Embed testing across the SDLC, from unit and integration to performance and reliability
• Collaborate with trading, infra, and product teams to align backend logic with business outcomes

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience in C++ and/or Rust
• Experience with multithreading, networking (including multicast), and systems-level programming
• Familiarity with OMS internals, exchange APIs, or market data processing
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL for scripting or data tasks
• Deep understanding of software design, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Strong engineering discipline, clean code, performance benchmarks, testing coverage
