What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day trading ops: deployments, risk limits, config changes, account management
• Monitor live trading systems and flag inefficiencies, bugs, or performance degradation
• Escalate incidents rapidly and coordinate responses across trading and engineering
• Handle and debug routine issues independently, escalate critical faults appropriately
• Write and refine trading analytics scripts using production and market data
• Maintain documentation and tooling for live ops

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a trading ops, production support, or quant ops environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in live incident scenarios
• Experience managing remote ops personnel across multiple time zones
• Basic Python scripting skills (e.g., reading CSVs, computing metrics)
• Familiarity with trading system behaviours, market structure, and order flow
