What you will do

• Design and build internal tools supporting founder hiring, fundraising, and scaling
• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating multiple data sources
• Own MVP development from idea to deployment with fast iteration
• Work with GPT-style models to extract and summarize complex scientific data
• Collaborate with investors, engineers, and operators to explore new use cases
• Tackle product discovery, data wrangling, and rapid iteration

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in London
• 3+ years software engineering experience in fast-paced, product-focused environments
• Strong Python and data engineering skills including ETL and SQL architecture
• Experience connecting multiple data sources and services
• Familiarity with ML/NLP and leveraging existing models
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and iterate quickly
