What you will do

• Design and build high-throughput, performance-critical components in modern C++.
• Work on low-latency infrastructure, including exchange gateways and order handling.
• Optimize systems across hardware and software layers to reduce latency and increase stability.
• Collaborate with engineers to architect scalable solutions for live trading.
• Develop testing, monitoring, and deployment tools as part of CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with the trading team to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in C++ or Java in a performance-critical environment.
• Deep understanding of system architecture and software design patterns.
• Experience with Linux internals, systems programming, and multithreading.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
