Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, CS, Engineering, Stats)
• Strong coding ability in Python, C++, or Rust
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, or ML
• Crypto-native mindset or strong interest in digital asset markets
• Independent thinker thriving in fast-moving, high-responsibility roles

Nice to have

• Experience building crypto bots or automated DeFi strategies
• Deep understanding of DEX mechanics, gas, MEV, or liquidity modeling
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools like Dune, Nansen, or Tenderly
