What you will do

• Drive the technical strategy and development of the Mobile POS App using a hybrid Flutter approach.
• Work closely with the backend team to integrate with the new Java-based microservices architecture via a REST API.
• Implement and manage integrations with Smart POS payment terminals, receipt printers, and barcode scanners.
• Develop modules for POS Sales & Billing, B2B Marketplace, and Inventory Management.
• Design and implement a robust local storage solution to ensure app functionality with intermittent internet connectivity.
• Establish and enforce best practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality standards for the mobile codebase.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years in mobile development, with at least 4+ years in Flutter.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong bonus.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.
• Experience with Flutter’s Add-to-App feature and native development (Kotlin/Android or Swift/iOS).
• Strong understanding of state management, API integration, and local database implementation.
• Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders.

• Experience integrating with external hardware via native SDKs.
