What you will do

• Provide consulting services focused on B2B and B2C digital commerce transformation and search optimization.
• Lead project discovery, strategic planning, and creation of business requirements documents.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and client teams to implement and optimize search solutions.
• Conduct training and workshops to maximize client search functionality effectiveness.
• Monitor project KPIs and client eCommerce performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support sales and business development through pitches, proposals, and identifying consulting needs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada or able to work remotely from Canada
• Minimum 5 years experience in eCommerce strategy with enterprise accounts.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Optimizely, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, VTEX, SAP Commerce Cloud.
• 2+ years leading discovery, implementation, and optimization of search solutions such as Algolia, Bloomreach, Coveo, Klevu, SearchSpring, Elastic.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with ability to engage C-level audiences.

Nice to have

• Certification in search technology.
• Technical background including JavaScript and third-party solution integration.
• French language skills.
