What you will do

• Design and build ultra-efficient trading systems in Rust or C++
• Connect to global exchanges and optimize data throughput and latency
• Implement and maintain core infrastructure for order routing, market data, and execution
• Continuously profile and optimize system and application performance
• Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and engineers in a high-impact team

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe or able to work remotely from Europe
• Deep experience with systems-level programming in Rust or C++
• Background in low-latency trading systems (HFT or MFT) highly desirable
• Strong understanding of exchange connectivity and financial protocols
• Track record of building scalable, high-performance infrastructure
• Interest in the crypto trading landscape (prior crypto experience not essential)
