What you will do

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and reports to track clinical performance.
• Analyze trends in clinical operations KPIs and partner with stakeholders to refine operational datasets.
• Design and maintain dashboards that translate complex data into clear insights.
• Lead analysis of clinical operations KPIs and build predictive models for staffing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize staffing models and support new initiatives.
• Present recommendations and performance updates to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, FP&A, or strategy & operations.
• Experience in modeling/forecasting and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience using SQL.
• Clear communicator with a track record of using data to drive solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and eager to grow in a mission-driven environment.
