Location: On-site in Paris with up to 2 days remote work per month
Salary: €55,000–€75,000 per year

What you will do
- Build a proactive and scalable talent pipeline using automated outreach, AI-driven prospecting, and referral programs
- Drive high-impact hiring by managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering with hiring managers
- Optimize and automate recruitment processes including standardizing frameworks and implementing AI-powered screening
- Lead strategic initiatives such as diversity hiring and employer branding
- Maintain high hiring velocity and quality while ensuring excellent candidate experience
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate
- English: Full professional proficiency required
- Experience in sourcing and engaging top talent through automation and referrals
- Data-driven approach to recruitment with ability to analyze and optimize hiring funnels
- Ability to build and improve recruitment processes and frameworks
- Sales mindset to effectively pitch roles and close candidates
