Location: On-site in Paris with up to 2 days remote per month

What you will do
- Own and streamline contract lifecycle management across multiple jurisdictions including SaaS agreements and NDAs.
- Support sales and customer success teams with legal negotiations to enable business growth.
- Ensure compliance with evolving laws and maintain company policies and terms.
- Manage corporate legal matters including board documentation, subsidiaries, and insurance strategy.
- Drive international expansion and support cross-border employment and immigration.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide legal guidance and conduct internal trainings.
Requirements
- Based in Paris or willing to relocate
- 5–8 years experience as Legal Counsel in SaaS/B2B/tech environments.
- Strong expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law, and data privacy.
- Experience with international legal matters, especially US and French law.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ability to work autonomously and build legal functions from scratch.
