Location: On-site in Paris with up to 2 days remote per month

What you will do

  • Own and streamline contract lifecycle management across multiple jurisdictions including SaaS agreements and NDAs.
  • Support sales and customer success teams with legal negotiations to enable business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving laws and maintain company policies and terms.
  • Manage corporate legal matters including board documentation, subsidiaries, and insurance strategy.
  • Drive international expansion and support cross-border employment and immigration.
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide legal guidance and conduct internal trainings.

Requirements

  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate
  • 5–8 years experience as Legal Counsel in SaaS/B2B/tech environments.
  • Strong expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law, and data privacy.
  • Experience with international legal matters, especially US and French law.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Ability to work autonomously and build legal functions from scratch.

  • Experience structuring legal functions in startups.
  • Motivation by cybersecurity mission.
