What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Set up and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple social platforms.
• Perform quality assurance checks and monitor campaign performance to ensure delivery and optimization.
• Produce detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support junior team members and ensure compliance with agency finance processes.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in Istanbul, Turkey
• 2-4 years experience in digital/social marketing or related industry.
• Proficiency in paid social campaign setup and optimization on platforms such as Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok.
• Relevant certifications like Meta Blueprint Planner and Buyer, TikTok Media Buying, X Flight School Badges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
