What you will do

• Lead system verification and validation, defining acceptance tests and verification procedures.
• Manage system and subsystem design, requirements analysis, and project delivery.
• Oversee system lifecycle from definition to final acceptance and operational support.
• Interface with clients for contract management, training, and warranty support.
• Lead and develop a diverse engineering team through system design, integration, and testing.
• Maintain system baselines and configuration management processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Stellenbosch, South Africa
• B Eng. (Electronic/Computer), B Eng. (Hons), M Eng. or equivalent.
• 5-7 years experience in systems engineering, technical and project management in high-technology environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with system engineering tools and methodologies.
• Experience in contract management, client interactions, and subcontractor coordination.
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal development in systems engineering.
