What you will do

  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage and mentor Senior Implementation Planning Executives to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Act as primary client contact, presenting campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with trading, activation, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid with office presence around four days a week in Istanbul, Turkey
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced experience in media planning and buying across digital channels.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools, AdTech solutions, and data analysis platforms.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
