What you will do

• Scale and mentor a team of 5 product designers.
• Identify strategic UX opportunities to enhance user productivity.
• Conduct user research to derive actionable insights.
• Measure design impact on business performance.
• Establish design processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with design ops teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
• Proven experience leading product design teams, preferably in B2B.
• Strong design skills and ability to assist the team creatively.
• Experience working with C-level executives.
• Collaborative approach with a focus on feedback.
