Location: Hybrid in Florianópolis, Brazil

What you will do
- Manage your own customer portfolio and ensure their success
- Partner with customers post-activation and become a trusted advisor
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collect product feedback and support sales with technical demos
- Collaborate with teams to refine technical requirements
Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager Enterprise
- Great level of Spanish and good knowledge of English
- Experience in B2B market and CRM/cloud software
- Availability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally
- Preferred knowledge of technical assistance, facility management, or hospitality operations
- Passion for teaching, positive attitude, and self-starter mentality
