What you will do

  • Manage your own customer portfolio and ensure their success
  • Partner with customers post-activation and become a trusted advisor
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collect product feedback and support sales with technical demos
  • Collaborate with teams to refine technical requirements

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager Enterprise
  • Great level of Spanish and good knowledge of English
  • Experience in B2B market and CRM/cloud software
  • Availability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally
  • Preferred knowledge of technical assistance, facility management, or hospitality operations
  • Passion for teaching, positive attitude, and self-starter mentality
