LLM Engineer

What you will do

• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver LLM-driven initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Design, deploy, and optimize LLM services for text-based applications and beyond.
• Build Python projects and support production code deployment at scale.
• Research and implement scalable prompt management and LLMOps strategies balancing performance, cost, and reliability.
• Develop LLM-powered information retrieval solutions such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in multilingual contexts.
• Partner with AI Platform team to refine frameworks and workflows for efficient LLM operations.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland or able to work remotely within Poland.
• At least one year of professional experience in LLM development or integration in product-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with production-grade LLM deployments, prompt management, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures and evaluation of LLMs using custom metrics.
• Ability to manage timelines and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of FastAPI and MLOps best practices.
• Curiosity and eagerness to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
