What you will do

• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on user needs and business goals.
• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing.
• Translate product requirements and user insights into scalable, impactful designs.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance ideation, user research, and personalization.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Own and maintain a scalable design system ensuring visual and interaction consistency.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required; German proficiency is a plus.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS platforms, preferably B2B and enterprise.
• Proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, components, design tokens, and prototyping.
• Experience with CSS frameworks and collaboration with Angular frontend teams.
• Strong design thinking and user-centered approach with a portfolio demonstrating modern web and responsive applications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI technologies in design processes.
• Proficiency in German language.
