Solution Architect (Oracle Cloud): Designing and maintaining innovative Oracle Cloud and Fusion ERP solutions aligned with enterprise architecture to support strategic goals. Focus on governance frameworks, scalable and secure cloud architecture, and cross-department collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
Location: Hybrid, Espoo, Finland (must be within reasonable commuting distance)

What you will do
- Design Oracle Fusion and Cloud solutions to meet business and strategic requirements.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure Oracle Cloud architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with global departments to deliver tailored Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Define governance frameworks and policies for Oracle Cloud adoption and assess related risks.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements for Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Support enterprise-wide architecture reviews ensuring consistency and governance.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located near Espoo, Finland for hybrid work.
- English: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in Oracle Cloud technology and solution architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle extensions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
