What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for KPIs and business metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Support data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and achieve goals.
• Ensure data integrity through quality checks and validation.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses to inform prioritization and leadership strategy.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near New York, NY for hybrid work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Advanced SQL and BI tool proficiency; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
