What you will do
- Develop and execute territory and account strategy for the DACH region.
- Identify and engage new leads through proactive outreach.
- Sell consultatively by understanding customer pain points.
- Lead complex sales cycles and manage stakeholder processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B or enterprise SaaS role.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
- Self-motivated and autonomous with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving business transformation.
- Knowledge of trading operations in energy or financial services is a plus.
