What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory and account strategy for the DACH region.
  • Identify and engage new leads through proactive outreach.
  • Sell consultatively by understanding customer pain points.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and manage stakeholder processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B or enterprise SaaS role.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving business transformation.
  • Knowledge of trading operations in energy or financial services is a plus.
