Salary: $120,000–$150,000 plus uncapped commission/bonus eligibility with on target earnings exceeding $250,000

What you will do
- Drive new business opportunities using Challenger sales methodology targeting ideal customer profiles.
- Conduct discovery and executive briefings to identify and solve business problems in IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and marketing.
- Present and evaluate solution options to align decision makers and drive innovation.
- Build trusted advisor relationships through storytelling and business transformation assessments.
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure with accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales engineers and consultants to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Must be located onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
- 7+ years of managed services sales experience in IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, marketing, or business consulting.
- Proven success in complex, long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives (CIO, CMO, COO, CFO).
- Strong proficiency with sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SalesLoft, and 6Sense.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
