- Utilize talent metrics for decision-making and effectiveness measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent development or management.
- Strong understanding of talent management best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with talent management software.
