What you will do
- Develop and implement a global programmatic advertising strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of programmatic specialists.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring delivery against KPIs.
- Drive in-housing and adoption of best-in-tech for programmatic platforms.
- Utilise robust analytics to measure performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and brand safety guidelines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering significant business growth through programmatic campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
