What you will do
- Manage all technical aspects of engineering projects
- Coordinate local engineering, third-party solutions, and supply chain
- Conduct demonstrations and trials for customers
- Prepare documentation specific to India
- Deliver technical presentations and discussions internally and with customers
- Lead project management and execution activities
Requirements
- Must have at least 20 years of experience in relevant technical fields
- Graduation or post-graduation in electronics, communication, or related technical field
- Strong understanding of SIGINT and radio communications
- Familiarity with Indian market, defense procurements, and government organizations
- Willingness to work onsite and travel within and outside India
- High personal integrity and team player with growth mindset
