What you will do

• Plan and prioritize testing work across multiple projects and initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with traders to design detailed test plans.
• Perform end-to-end testing, identify defects, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate product releases and track delivery schedules.
• Support product initiatives including competitor analysis, backlog management, and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and act as a key contact for Trading teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Serbia
• Strong understanding of sports betting trading processes and tools.
• Effective communication skills with traders, product, and engineering teams.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience with Jira and Notion is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and identify root causes in complex systems.
