TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of big events from contract to closing.
• Serve as main contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering teams.
• Create and maintain Q&A documentation for user support.
• Ensure all project requirements are documented.
• Attend events onsite when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years in project management or consulting roles.
• Bilingual English speaker, other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Solution-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams efficiently.
• Strategic thinking and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Event experience.
• Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong academic background.
