What you will do
- Onboard and support clients in using the platform.
- Implement integrations and provide technical expertise.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure product adoption.
- Develop scalable processes for project delivery.
- Conduct platform audits and deliver professional services.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional consulting experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with SaaS product deployment, ideally HR-related.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good understanding of APIs and SSO configuration.
- Fluent in French and B2 level English.
